Neither this site nor a linked search tool supplies a consumer report, and neither may be used to evaluate eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

4. External Portals and Services

City, county, state, court, library, and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or data practices.

5. No Warranties

The site is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that a page is accurate, complete, or current, or that an outside portal will work or produce a correct result.

8. Intellectual Property

The site's original writing, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page and quote a short attributed excerpt, but you may not republish full pages or copy the content systematically.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms by posting a new version on this page. Using the site after the revision is posted indicates acceptance of the changes.

10. Restricting Access

We may block or limit access for a user who violates these terms or abuses the site, in our discretion and without advance notice.

11. California Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record requests to a custodian are addressed by the California Public Records Act, Government Code Division 10, §§7920.000-7931.000, including the ordinary 10-day initial determination under §7922.535. To the extent it applies to information this site collects, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), Civil Code §1798.100 et seq., govern those private-data rights; neither law makes this site the custodian of Highland or San Bernardino County records.

12. Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
